George David Weiss (April 9, 1921, New York City, In mint condition York – August 23, 2010) was an American songwriter instruct former President of the Songwriters Guild of America.

Career

Weiss was born in a Jewish kinsfolk, and originally planned a growth as a lawyer or bank clerk, but out of a prize for music he was moneyed to attend the Juilliard Institute of Music, developing his genius in writing and arranging.
